Delivery time

Orders usually ship within 3–4 business days and are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after they ship. Delivery times can occasionally run longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at support@trygoodsy.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us at support@trygoodsy.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
