Here's everything you need to know about how payment and billing work at Goodsy.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard, along with any other payment options shown at checkout.

When you're charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Secure checkout

Checkout is processed securely through Shopify, and your payment details are encrypted. We never store your full card number.

Billing address

Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your card provider. A mismatch can cause your payment to be declined.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, double-check your card details and billing address, or try a different payment method. Your bank may also be able to tell you why a charge was declined.

Unrecognized charge?

If you see a charge from us that you don't recognize, please email us at support@trygoodsy.com before contacting your bank. We'll look it up and help resolve it quickly.
