Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add the items you want to your cart, and click Checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Email support@trygoodsy.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email us at support@trygoodsy.com and we'll confirm your order.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 3–4 business days and are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after they ship. See our Shipping page for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow your package.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it has been more than 14 business days since your order shipped, email us at support@trygoodsy.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear on your statement.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email support@trygoodsy.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
